The breakfast was large and comprehensive, with a variety of pickles, cheeses, and jams. We were provided with brand-new, pleasant rooms, featuring a good-sized bathroom with an open shower. The room had a window at the back, which was a nice touch.

The hotel was wonderful and clean, its location was particularly good to everything on foot, very good service. The staff were very caring and attentive whole time of my stay. I was offered a room with nice views of inner courtyard. The breakfast was comprehensive and there were a great selection of options.

The staff were absolutely useless, didn't expect that coming.

Location. In spite of the area, we had already read was very peculiar (Arab community everywhere with its shops, restaurants, hairdressers... bars) the atmosphere was calm and we did not have any kind of problem. It is only a 5 minute walk from the central station so access to any part of the area is very easy.

Breakfast at certain times was very crowded and staff was not able to restock so you had to wait a long time or not eat what you really wanted. As for the room, in general it was correct although we did find a lack of space to put the clothes. I don't know if it's a custom in the country or something typical of the hotel, we only had some shelves and a hanger, no closet or drawers. At no time did I complain at the hotel and these are just a few comments on what could be improved.

The hotel is modern and offers very good services. The ideal location in the very center of Munich made it convenient for us.- Our standard quadruple room was brand-new and tastefully decorated.- The food was local and offered a lot of choice.

Very good breakfast, for all tastes. I don't eat so varied and tasty food at home in the morning. It's a real rest. The staff is very good-natured, sympathetic. We did not know German and English. But when the staff treat you kindly, you can understand each other. The room is clean, cozy. The area is inhabited by Arabs and Turks, but there's nothing wrong with it. We used to come back to the hotel late all the time. It's no problem. Problems can only be in our heads. The center is a five-minute walk away. There are restaurants, cafes, subways. Anyway, it is a very nice hotel, and for that money. If I will be in Munich, I'll definitely stay there. And the central station is also very close by. With the suitcases, I'll be there in seven minutes. I recommend it to everybody!

For that kind of money, there's nothing to be improved.

Good location. hotel is located in the area near the railway station, where most of the hotels are located. It takes 5-10 minutes to reach the pedestrian zone in a calm step. Breakfast is not bad (cheese, sausage, muesli, yogurt), nothing hot (omelette, eggs, sausages or porridge - no). staff is friendly, helps to solve problems (made for us an early breakfast on the day of departure, cleaned in a separate room not needed in the city ski equipment). We lived as a family in a 5-bed room. room is quite spacious, clean venue. towels were changed every day. There was free mineral water on the day we arrived. toilet is clean.

Which surprised me, there are no shampoos/air conditioners. For a hotel, 3 stars is weird. There's shampoo/shower gel "for men" in the shower. ??!!. There's a curtain in the shower cubicle, or rather no shower cubicle per se. Although on the whole, it's very clean.

Stayed here for one night in a standard quadruple room that was functional, enjoyed a large and comprehensive breakfast, and had a smooth check-in experience.

Quite conveniently located. Close to the station, close to the subway. It is not far from the center. The staff is very friendly, ready to help in everything. It's not a bad breakfast. Asked to put a bag of food in the fridge for one night, no problem found a place. For a few days it's a perfectly acceptable place, especially if the price isn't embarrassing.

The price does not meet expectations. 550 euro for 3 nights per room with four beds (room 101). Expect or completely different level of service for this money or the price is half as low. No refrigerator in the room. Uncomfortable bathroom. If you use the toilet, one foot is in the shower, which is a fenced curtain corner. It's not a big deal, but if someone's been in the shower, it's wet. I had to wash the floor with towels. During the day, there are a lot of shops selling electronics, telephones, etc. on the streets nearby. In the evening, the streets turned into a block of red lights with scary women. Many personalities are clearly not German blood. But there were no problems with them.

The convenient location allowed easy access to a nearby park, museum, and theater within walking distance of the establishment.

About a 15 minute walk from Marienplatz. Close to U-Bahn stop. Breakfast was excellent. Good selection. Even cooked another hard boiled egg for my son as they had run out. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary bottled water in room- nice touch.

The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and included in our stay

Hotel was near the main train station which was great but the location was then near a lot of strip clubs. We didn't have anyone bother us walking through this area.

Our triple room was updated and silent. the best part was the lovely view of the street. - Thanks to its marvelous location, we were within walking distance to a museum and a theatre. - Being set within walking distance to a garden and a park was a plus.

what we liked: friendliness of breakfast staff! spacious room with even 3 beds.

what we didnt like: furniture was not child-friendly, sharp corners. area of hotel - close to city-center but red light district. no blinds - quite light in the morning.
